Where can I find my lisence?
Once your purchase is complete, your membership will be linked to your login email. There's no need for a license key, just download PopTranslate, log in, and you can view your membership status under Settings → Account.
Is there an App Store version available?
According to our roadmap, a Mac App Store version is currently being prepared for release. An iOS version is also under development. Please stay tuned for updates!
Does PopTranslate work on Windows?
PopTranslate is currently available exclusively for macOS, having been natively designed and developed to provide the best experience for Mac users. As PopTranslate is still in its early stages, a Windows version is not available at this time.
Is there an education discount?
We're currently exploring this option. If you're a student interested in a discount, please email us, and we'll see what we can do.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription plan later?
Yes, you can easily manage and change your subscription plan anytime from your account settings.
What is refund policy?
Since PopTranslare offers daily free trial quota, we do not support a 7-day unconditional refund policy. If your purchase was made through the App Store, please contact Apple directly for refunds
